Cheltenham Festivals: How Babies Sleep
Imperial Square, Cheltenham, GL50 1QA
Description
One of parenting's biggest challenges? Sleep. From navigating new-born sleep and your own exhaustion to tackling toddler naps, feel confident and less alone in your sleep journey with Helen L. Ball, Professor of Anthropology and Director of the Durham Infancy & Sleep Centre.
Providing science-fuelled insights, Helen will help you make sense of infant sleep to help you understand it, rather than fear it.
Welcoming parents, carers and anyone interested in child psychology and behaviour, Helen and neuroscience expert Ginny Smith will cut through the noise, debunk myths and share practical tips for sleep-deprived parents.
Babies and young children are welcome in this relaxed event. Please ensure babies and children are supervised at all times.
There will be a book signing after this event.
