From Ragtime To Jazz: UK Jazz Legend Neville Dickie Returns with Friends

20 Sherwood St, London, W1F 7ED

This show is for over 18's only. ID may be required at the door.
Description

Over recent decades, Great Britain has produced some of the finest Jazz musicians in the world, at a time when Jazz was being performed in concert halls, jazz clubs, as well as on radio and television. British audiences were so enthusiastic that it attracted many of the great Jazz legends from America to tour and perform here in England.

One British Pianist was regularly engaged to perform with these visiting artists and bands, and that was our very own Neville Dickie. His dexterity, virtuosity, and mastery of classic American styles made him the first call for both British and American audiences and musicians.

Today, Neville continues to perform with his usual high energy both here and in America. In fact, he now spends half of his year performing in the USA at their many festivals and concerts. They just can’t get enough of him, and it is clear that they truly realise and acknowledge that he is the best in the world at performing all those classic jazz piano styles.
