How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to two tickets) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain further information, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code provided. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry
at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Pricing Information

• One voucher is equal to two tickets

• This voucher provides you with access to free tickets on a third-party site.

• No further payment applies beyond the TFG booking fee

Additional Information

• This voucher is applicable on One Day Entrance Tickets, which can be used on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Tickets include access to open classes and lectures - on a first come first serve basis on the day.

• Under 16s go free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder
