Phantom Peak is a living, breathing town in the heart of London. Go on quests with live actors, uncover secrets, and shape your own story. Grab a drink by the waterfall, explore at your pace, and dive into a world that evolves every 3-4 months with each season.

How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This is NOT a ticket.

2. Present your confirmation on arrival at the venue. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away

• Your ticket gives you access to Phantom Peak for the full experience, which lasts for around 4hrs.

• 17th & 18th May are preview performances meaning we’re introducing new storylines, technical aspects, and set pieces for this season and we are working hard to ensure Phantom Peak is ready for you. However, as these are preview performances, things may not go as planned. As such, we ask for your patience on the day!
