Bags packed, ready to leave for a new country and a new home, Priya finds herself following in the footsteps of her grandfather, Ram. Nervous to begin the journey, Priya starts to pry out the old stories of an Indian man forging his way through 1950s England.

They reminisce of the sights, sounds, and smells of a different time. With each tale, the shell around her grandfather peels back and together they peer into the joys and adversities of finding yourself far from your homeland.
