How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• Tickets retail at £27. This TFG Discount Voucher provides you with a free ticket (+ handling fee of up to £3.25 on redemption site).

• Monster Jam 2024 is an inclusive event for all ages. Any ticket holder under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years of age or over. Fans under the age of 16 on the day of the event are eligible for a child ticket. Child tickets must be purchased with an adult ticket. Anyone entering the venue must be in possession of a valid ticket regardless of age; there are no 'babes in arms' or 'lap' tickets.
