How To Get Your Tickets

1) Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2) Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3) Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• TFG vouchers are non-refundable.

• If play is restricted, or does not take place at the ground on the day for which this ticket is valid, due to adverse weather conditions, you will be entitled to a refund of only the match ticket value subject to their being 10 overs or less bowled on the day (a full refund), or 10.1 – 24.5 overs bowled on the day (a 50% refund).

• Babies-in-arms under the age of two may be brought into the ground free of charge provided that they do not occupy a separate seat.
