How To Get Your Tickets

1) Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2) Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3) Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Additional Information

• TFG vouchers are non-refundable.

• A full refund is given if play is restricted to 19.5 overs or less due to adverse weather conditions on the day for which your ticket is valid and no result is achieved.

• If, instead of a refund, you wish to use your ticket for another day within the same match, this can be arranged by visiting the ticket office on the day of the adverse weather conditions to secure another ticket for a later day.

• Babies-in-arms under the age of two may be brought into the ground free of charge provided that they do not occupy a separate seat.
