Inspired by Hollywood Film and TV that have brought to life popular prison stories, Alcotraz is a theatrical immersive experience of the highest kind. From your very own orange jumpsuit upon entrance to the real metallic cells, Alcotraz is more than just a themed cocktail bar, combining the very best of immersive theatre with a world-class cocktail experience.

'The Rookie' tickets include the full 1hr 45min immersive experience, imprisonment in 'cells' for the duration of your sentence and 4 personalised cocktails. 'The Boss' tickets include all of the above as well as prisoner sweets from the canteen and a take-home Alcotraz branded mug - ticket types cannot be combined. Prisoners are also required to 'smuggle in' their own liquor...

How To Get Your Tickets

1) Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2) Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3) Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Accessibility Information

• Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact tickets@alcotraz.co.uk to arrange this.

Additional Information

• Ticket retail at £42.50 - £58.50 (depending on ticket type), this voucher will reduce the price to £32 - £43

• The voucher is valid for all dates / time slots until 31st December 2024 - subject to availability

• There is a £3.40 - £4.68 booking fee per ticket during ticket redemption on alcotraz.co.uk

• Maximum of 9 tickets per user.

• TFG Vouchers are non-refundable
