21Soho Presents... is a brand new mixed bill comedy night in a brand new venue! We will be bringing you the best of the best comedians to our stage in the heart of Soho Square!

Line up:

RHYS JAMES!

Rhys James is an accomplished comedian, writer and actor who you will have seen on ‘Roast Battle’ (Comedy Central), ‘Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central’ (Comedy Central), ‘A League of Their Own’ (Sky One) and ‘Live At The Apollo’ (BBC Two) and as a regular panellist on ‘Mock The Week’ (BBC Two). He has performed six solo shows at the Edinburgh Fringe to sell-out audiences and critical acclaim, with his 2019 show ‘Snitch’ being one of the best reviewed comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. He has had three BBC Radio 4 series, ‘Rhys James is…’, ‘Rhys James Isn’t…’ and ‘Rhysearch’, all met with great acclaim and delight of listeners and critics. Rhys also hosts podcast ‘Early Work’ in which he interviews celebrities about the creative writing they did before they were in their current vocation, guests include O-T Fagbenle, Sara Pascoe, Lolly Adefope and Tom Rosenthal.

HELEN BAUER!

After leaving college with an E in Economics and an allergy to the education system, Helen Bauer moved to London to share a bed with her cousin and work in Accessorize on Oxford Street. She lived in London until she was 23, making sketches, waitressing and drinking. She then moved to Berlin to do the same there, and discovered stand up

Helen honed her comedy skills, performing in English, to confused Berlin locals. You can now find Helen’s creative writing, charming attitude on stage and special love of pop music all over London.

TV appearances include CelebAbility, The Stand Up Sketch Show and Hey Tracey (ITV2), The Dog Ate My Homework (CBBC), Pep Talk, Fat Chat and Comedy Central’s Digital Fringe (Comedy Central), CALM Gala and Hypothetical (Dave),

ALEX KEALY!

Alex Kealy is a stand-up comedian who reached the final of the prestigious So You Think You're Funny ​competition in his first year of performing and is now a "rising star of the British stand-up scene" (The List). He has taken four hours of stand-up to the Edinburgh Fringe, the latest being 2019's Rationale, which made The Guardian's Top 10 Jokes of the Edinburgh Fringe. His previous hour A Kealy's Heel was called "a storming show" by The Sunday Times. His writing work includes BBC Two's Mock The Week, and Radio 4's The News Quiz and The Now Show.

YURIKO KOTANI!

Yuriko is a UK-based Japanese comedian, who began performing stand-up in 2014. She was named as ‘one to watch’ by Time Out and won the BBC Radio New Comedy Award in 2015. Yuriko appeared on Russell Howard’s Stand Up Central in 2016 and in BBC Three’s Pls Like in 2017.
