How To Get Your Tickets
1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.
2. Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.
3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
Additional Information
• Under 16 year olds MUST be accompanied by an adult aged 18yrs + with a valid ticket, into the venue.
• There is a £2.75 admin fee per ticket and £2.50 transaction fee when redeeming your ticket(s) via axs.co.uk
