How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) as soon as you have purchased your voucher to avoid disappointment.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) you will be advised to collect them from the venue's box office. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
