Set in the stunning surrounds of Hampton Court Palace, The Queen’s Reading Room Festival will be a literary event like no other. The new festival from Her Majesty Queen Camilla’s charity gathers some of the world’s best authors, actors, experts and literature lovers for a day celebrating books.

Visitors can explore the Palace on literary themed tours and tread the floors where Shakespeare once performed with his King’s Men; wander the sumptuous gardens bursting with life in summer; listen to literature read by some of our country’s finest actors, and of course enjoy a range of shows from our speakers.

Schedule:
11am - 12pm: Austentatious, plus special guests!
1:30pm - 2:30pm: An Eye For A Spy
4pm - 5pm: Remembering Dame Hilary Mantel
8pm - 9:30pm: Dame Judi Dench, William Shakespeare and Friends

How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF; this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your tickets using the unique link or code found in the PDF. You must redeem your tickets by 3:30pm 09/06/2023, otherwise you will not be able to access this event.

3. Once you have redeemed your tickets and received them via email, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
