Claudia Hammond, BBC Radio 4 presenter and psychology lecturer, is on a mission to encourage us to be kind. The Keys to Kindness draws on latest research from psychology and neuroscience and the largest global survey ever undertaken into attitudes to kindness.

She reflects with positive psychologist, Miriam Akhtar (The Little Book of Happiness), that empathy is a skill which can be learned and being kind to others starts with being kind to yourself.

New for 2023, Bath Festivals have introduced a flexible pricing model to help as many people enjoy the festival as possible during the cost-of-living crisis. How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Await your e-tickets from the venue - these will usually be delivered on the day of the event. Your e-tickets will be sent to your primary email address.

3. Take your e-tickets and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.
