How To Get Your Tickets

1. Book your desired number of vouchers (one voucher is equal to one ticket) and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2. Open your booking confirmation PDF and follow the instructions to redeem your ticket(s) using the unique code found in the PDF. You must redeem your ticket(s) within 24 hours otherwise you may not be able to access this event.

3. Once you have redeemed your ticket(s) and received them from Bluedot, take them with you and show them on entry at the event. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

Additional Information

• TFG Vouchers are non-refundable.

• When applied at checkout, our TFG voucher reduces the price of an Adult Day ticket by 50%. Full-price tickets are £71.50 - after you've applied your TFG voucher, your ticket will be reduced to £35.75.

• Additional £5.50 delivery charge applies per order when checking out.

• Gates open from 9am, close at 9pm.

• Add-ons are available at checkout, including car parking (£14.50 per car), coach bookings and children's tickets.

• Tickets are Adult Day tickets only and do not include camping.
