How to Get Your Ticket(s)

1) Book your desired number of tickets and await an email from us confirming your order. This email will contain a booking confirmation PDF, this is NOT a ticket.

2) Await your e-ticket(s) from the venue - these will usually be delivered on the day of the event. Your e-ticket(s) will be sent to your primary email address.

3) Take your e-ticket(s) to the registration area onsite and you will be able to collect either a badge or a wristband. Ensure that you take employment and personal ID with you or you may be turned away.

• Special Assistant Stickers are available on site from the Query Desk, these stickers will enable staff and volunteers to identify and assist anyone who may require additional support
