Silk St, London, EC2Y 8DS
Description
Our brilliant partners at Barbican Centre are offering free tickets to their upcoming relaxed performance of Handel: The Philanthropist on Tuesday 28th February at 4:30pm. Those attending will be able to move around, stim, tick or make noise and leave/re-enter the auditorium more freely.
Entry is free for those who would benefit from attending a relaxed performance - tickets must be booked in advance; you can book your tickets directly through Barbican Centre's website: https://tickets.barbican.org.uk/choose-seats/1254601
Please note that you will need to create an account with the Barbican Centre to access these tickets.
About the Performance
In 1749 George Frederic Handel gave a benefit concert for London’s Foundling Hospital. Vocal stars come together with The English Concert to recreate that first concert in a relaxed setting, including favourite moments such as the Music for the Royal Fireworks and the Hallelujah Chorus.
