How to book your tickets

1. Select the number of ticket vouchers you want through our platform - one ticket voucher = one General Admissions Weekend Ticket
2. You will receive a PDF confirmation email from Tickets for Good - this will contain additional instructions you will need to follow to complete your booking. The additional instructions include following a link to Tixr.com - please read these instructions closely as there are several steps you need to follow to complete your booking. You must redeem your tickets from this link within 24 hours of purchasing via Tickets for Good, otherwise we cannot guarantee you will be able to access the event.
3. You will receive your tickets from Tixr.com

Additional Information

• 25% Off General Admission Weekend Tickets ONLY - this will grant you access to the event from 10am on 6th January to the end of the event on 8th January. This does not include any After Hours events
• Children 8+ will need an Adult General Admission Weekend Ticket. Under 8's go free with any Adult General Admission Weekend Ticket - you can add their ticket when you redeem your own at Tixr.com
• Please be aware that TFG Ticket Vouchers are non-refundable
• Additional Fees apply when you redeem your ticket at Tixr - There is a credit card fee of £0.97 and Processing Fee of £7.21. These are reduced to £0.73 and £5.91 once the 25% discount is added at checkout
