• Follow the link, select your seats, enter the promo code and proceed to checkout to book your free tickets to the match.
Please note: As well as our standard £3.50 booking fee, there is an additional £1.00 booking fee when redeeming your tickets through Ticketmaster
• Any tickets purchased by non-NHS Staff are subject to cancellation and ID may be required from the Account Holder upon entry to the event.
